The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, 6 with the use of the sofa bed, with ample space in the airy and light interior for dining and relaxing. Whilst most people will spend the majority of their time outdoors, the interior of the villa is well appointed and comfortable. All the necessary appliances and facilities are supplied.
The dining table seats 4 & there is lounge seating for the same number. Sleeping is provided in one bedroom with a King bed, one with two single beds & a sofa bed. New memory mattresses Mar 23.
The accommodation has both air conditioning & heating facilities. Wi-Fi also available, these are included in the price. There is a full UK & international TV package so no need to miss your fav shows or teams.

Beautiful Villa
Just returned from a 4 night stay and absolutely loved it. The villa is clean and has everything you'd need to make your stay comfortable. We made he most of the lovely pool which is very private. The villa is at the very top of pissouri. we caught a cab into the town square for 7 where we had a lovely meal at a taverna. It costs 45 for a cab into Paphos Harbour. The area is quite which is what we were looking for in our holiday. Would definitely book again. Liam was very responsive via emails from the get go. We also met Jane the lady who looks after the villa who was very pleasant. Would highly recommended and would definitely look into booking agin if we are ever back in Cyprus.

It is just amazing stayed last year in October then went again in March and going again for two weeks this August 19 the villa has everything you could ask for and pissouri is a wee secret beautiful place thanks Liam 🌴🌟

Good morning from pissouri. We have been staying at the villa since last Wednesday. First visit, but it certainly won't be the last. I can't thank Liam Donaldson and his family enough for renting their home out to others. It's beautiful. It's perfect. It has absolutely everything you need inside and out. Pissiouri is so peaceful and stunning. I am in love with the place and the local people are really friendly. No wonder people keep coming back. THANK YOU LIAM its been just what we needed. P. S we brought my dad for a wee break in the sun (he's 75) and he's loved it. He's even managed the walk down to Pissouri Square. And the weather has been roasting ☀️☀️☀️☀️. You won't be disappointed people if you book here 🌴🌊🌞🕶️💕💕

Location description
Pissouri is a small traditional fishing village set on the slopes leading down to the beach. It lies in the sunny south of the island almost exactly equidistant between Limassol and Paphos.

Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley all offer world class and challenging courses within approximately 10 minutes of Villa Romious.
Skiing:
There are substantial facilities available at Mount Olympus approximately 50 kilometres from Pissouri.
Spas and Relaxation Centres:
Serenity Day Spa (on the beach), Aphrodite Hills.
Local Attractions:
This area is the centre of the winemaking industry and there are numerous vineyards making excellent and much underrated wine close to Pissouri.
Local events
The village itself is quiet and traditional during the day, but comes to life in the evening with the magnificent, not to be missed Cyprus night and small hidden away tavernas. Outside the village centre there are plenty of facilities for dining, entertainment and recreation in the nearby towns, including Pissouri Bay which is well worth a visit in the evening.
Tourist attractions
The local blue flag beach, which is just a five minute drive down the hill from the villa, is called Pissouri Bay. The beach has a number of reasonably priced and good quality restaurants and there are several others within easy walking distance. The selection is a mix of local style food and more international cuisine.
There is also a small local convenience store and the Serenity Day Spa. Further facilities, bars restaurants and shops can be found in Pissouri village itself which is approximately 2 minutes away by car or a 20 minute walk. Water sports and diving are available off the beach as well and there is a nice bar for relaxing after a hard day in or on the water.
Directions
Just 25 minutes from Paphos Airport, with its excellent connections to UK airports, and only 5 minutes off the beach, the villa enjoys an idyllic location. On one side it boasts stunning panoramic views over the sparkling blue Mediterranean just a few hundred metres below, whilst on the other side there is the natural, rugged countryside of Cyprus mountains.

What a find !!
I am so glad I found this villa. Amazing. Everything you could possibly need was provided. We didnt hire a car but the local taxi company, mavrick taxis, was great taking us at very reasonable prices. We barely moved for the week we were there. Owner went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back very very soon

We stayed in Villa Romious for a week and it was everything we expected and more. Liam made the booking process really easy and answered every question we had. The villa is in a wonderful location. Directions were easy to follow too. The village is fantastic and close enough to walk. Good bars and excellent restaurants, we never had a bad meal. The BBQ got good use too, eating next to the pool..It was great not having to get up early and fight for a subbed, the private pool was great. We were allowed to stay in the villa late on departure day which was great at no extra cost. I will be booking this villa again...thank you for a great holiday.
FIRST CLASS
Spent a few weeks here after the new year and it was all and more we expected. The accommodation is first class as are the amenities provided in the villa. The owner has thought of everything:) The people in the village were very welcoming, the restaurants and bars were fantastic too. It was quiet but with enough to do. I am booking again to stay here in the summer. Can't wait.....

We have had a fantastic 3 week stay at the villa & are really sorry to be going home soon. Whilst the indoor space is to a high specification, and equipped for all your needs, it is the outdoor space that is really special - as a family we have been outside more than in! The pool, BBQ and gardens are absolutely perfect - so peaceful you can literally hear a pin drop. For anyone looking for a relaxing family/couples holiday location base this is quite simply perfect - just please dont book for this time next year.....
